Rancho Valley Volleyball Club is a junior developmental program based in Rancho Cucamonga, California, serving young women athletes from the 4th grade through their senior year in high school.  Rancho Valley Volleyball Club (RVVC) is currently in its 14th year and has approximately 190 girls participating in the program. 

The mission of the Rancho Valley Volleyball Club is to provide a positive atmosphere and the best coaching staff available for young women athletes to develop their volleyball skills, learn the value of teamwork, and to promote self-esteem.  RVVC is committed to provide each interested player with the opportunity to fully explore her potential to play at the collegiate level.

Our philosophy here at Rancho Valley Volleyball Club is strongly rooted in fundamentals.  We stress strong ball control and defensive development, with an emphasis on footwork and mechanics.  This has, over the years, allowed us to meet one of our primary goals, which was to develop players from our younger age groups into skilled volleyball athletes capable of competing at a Division 1 level in the SCVA and finishing in the top 10 at the Davis festival.  It has also enabled us to meet another of our major goals, in developing players capable of going on to play at the collegiate level.  Here at RVVC, we do not tell every athlete that they will receive a top Division 1 full scholarship because, frankly, that is not a promise that any club/coach should be making.  What we do is develop the athlete as completely as we can into a well-trained volleyball player, and work hard to market them to programs that are attracted to that player’s attributes/athletic ability.  Simply put, we find the right fit for as many kids as possible.  We have built an excellent reputation at Rancho with major college coaches across the country at every level (NCAA DI, II, III, & NAIA).  We are extremely proud of the fact that we have placed many athletes in NCAA DI top 25 programs across the country, but we are even more proud to say that in the past 4 years we have provided 98% of our seniors with scholarship offers to play at the collegiate level.  This includes all seniors, not just those on the top 18’s team.  Lastly, we are very proud of our coaching staff here at RVVC, as we feel we have assembled the most qualified and experienced group of any coaching staff in the entire Inland Empire from top to bottom.  We feel that kids in every age group, and at every level within that age group, will receive top- notch training in their pursuit of becoming the best volleyball players they can be.
